Fifty years ago, Huntsville built its own public radio station. Now, we’re celebrating 50 years of WLRH! 🎉
Join us Tuesday, October 13, at The Electric Belle at Stovehouse as we kick off WLRH’s 50th anniversary year with an evening of local music, community, and a look back at five decades of WLRH.
WLRH signed on October 13, 1976, as Alabama’s first full-service public radio station. Come celebrate with us as we launch a year of special events honoring WLRH’s history and looking ahead to the next 50 years.
