April Pendergrass entered the Huntsville music scene in 2017 as the girl in local duo Girl, Guy, Guitar. Since then, she’s crafted her own solo, trio, and band shows to bring a selection of sassy, humorous songs and other pop, rock, and country favorites.
The band was conceived in June of 2020 when a duo was formed with violinist and vocalist Joanna Moger. This quickly grew to a trio with drummer Scott Key and then the final, the addition of bassist and vocalist Freddy Faust.
The music is influenced by artists such as Ashley McBryde, Brandy Clark, Kasey Musgraves, and Miranda Lambert.
