The Shed
This industrial, covered open-air space features a Martin Stove mural wall, stage lighting, and a full sound system. Outdoor heaters and fans (along with clear vinyl curtains) help temper the weather to make this outdoor space more comfortable.
The Shed is a flexible space that can arrange in many ways.

Please note that capacity numbers are subject to change based on your specific setup requests. We will carefully evaluate each event’s needs to ensure the space is optimized for your event’s success and comfort.

- Located off the Courtyard and around the corner from the Food Garden
- Vinyl curtains can be open or closed, and installed heaters and fans help temper weather (please remember that this is a covered outdoor space)

The Shed has an installed sound system that includes 1 microphone and a stand, as well as a 3.5mm input for music.

Catering is available from select restaurants. For a full list visit this link. We do not permit any other outside food or homemade food.
Private bar service in your event space is available upon request. This option provides added convenience and flexibility for your guests. Alternatively, guests are welcome to purchase beverages directly from our bars located on campus (Old Fifth & Charlie Foster’s).
Sunday-Wednesday: $450 (first 2 hours) + $100 for each additional hour. Setup and teardown must be within your rental window.
Thursday-Saturday: $550 (first 2 hours) + $100 for each additional hour. Setup and teardown must be within your rental window.
